New design of the screw
At the beginning of my study I was struggling to use the penis extender. I ordered the standard version of the penis extender that came with two different bars; A Short and a long one. The short one has a length of 50mm and the long bar measures 75mm.
When I was using the short bar I could easily wrap the silicon strap around the shaft of my penis without pre-compressing the spring. Unfortunately I screw of the penis extender was not long enough to stretch it to the maximum force. Using the long bar was a bit complicated as the complete length of the penis extender reached already the head of my penis so that I had to compress and hold the penis extender while strapping the silicon around my penis.
The answer was clear – I needed a longer screw as I didn’t want to shorten the long bar in case I really gain the length of my penis as I got promised. It was very easy for me as an engineer to design a new screw. The following picture shows the CAD model of the screw.

The left side of figure 1 shows the old screw spring combination of the penis extender with the long bar. In comparison the new screw - spring combo on the right side. The new screw sits now tight in the round nut (Possible clued into the round nut with thread clue). Only the yellow screw is moving the gray bar and the whole penis extender. No modification has to be made on the penis extender by itself. The screw and easily be exchanged with the old system as all threads are matching - even the left-hand thread in the round nut. The old screw had an effective thread length of 35mm. The new screw can be expanded to a bit over 50mm.
